Refund & Transfer Policy
Once you are enrolled in a program and it has begun, tuition is non-refundable.
Any portion of the program already received (including live classes, recordings, or materials accessed) is considered fulfilled and cannot be refunded.
At the discretion of Rose Temple Mystery School, any remaining unused balance may be transferred toward a future program or retreat within the Rose Temple Mystery School (valid for up to 12 months).
Payment refunds are not issued for unused balances once a program has been enrolled in and commenced.
Deposit, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
France Pilgrimage — begins July 20 in France
This pilgrimage is a sacred commitment — of energy, resources, and devotion — both for those who are called to attend and for the space that is being prepared to receive you.
The following agreements are in place to honor the integrity of this container.
The Deposit
A $997 USD deposit is required to secure your place.
Of this:
-
$200 is non-refundable and non-transferable, honoring the administrative, organizational, and preparatory work already in motion
-
The remaining $797 may be eligible for transfer as a credit, under the conditions outlined below
In the Case of Unforeseen Circumstances
We recognize that life can move in unexpected ways.
If you are unable to attend due to a genuine emergency — such as:
-
Serious illness or hospitalization
-
Death in the immediate family
-
Other significant, unforeseen life events
—and you notify us on or before May 20, the transferable portion of your deposit ($797), along with any additional payments made, may be:
-
Held as a credit toward a future pilgrimage or offering within the Rose Temple Mystery School
All credits must be used within 12 months of the original retreat start date (or until the next retreat is offered by the Rose Temple Mystery School).
These situations are evaluated with care and discernment.
After May 20
After May 20, all payments — including the full deposit — become non-refundable and non-transferable, as the pilgrimage will have entered its final stage of preparation and the container will be sealed.
Travel Disruptions & Global Events
If official government mandates, declared war, or closure of international airspace between your country and France make travel legally or physically impossible, or if commercial flights are suspended in a way that prevents attendance:
-
The pilgrimage will be rescheduled OR
-
Payments will be returned (excluding any non-recoverable costs & partial deposits)
Personal Choice Not to Attend
If you choose not to attend for any personal reasons — including changes in schedule, financial circumstances, or feelings of uncertainty — while the pilgrimage is still able to proceed, all payments remain non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
We gently and strongly encourage all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including “Cancel For Any Reason” coverage where available, to support you in the unexpected.
This journey asks for clarity of commitment, while also honoring the realities of being human.
